Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a training course which teaches people how to identify, understand and help someone who may be experiencing a mental health issue.

Learn to recognise warning signs of mental health, develop skills and confidence to approach and support someone while keeping yourself safe.

This course won’t teach you to be a therapist, it will teach you to listen, reassure and respond, even in a crisis or potentially stopping a crisis from unfolding.

You will gain an understanding of how to support positive wellbeing and address stigma in the workplace and the world around you.

Aimed at: Any individual, volunteer or staff member who is interested in developing their knowledge, skills and capacity in supporting people with mental ill health.
